How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope — a marketing website, a mobile app, and a full SaaS platform are very different builds. After a free consultation we send a written, fixed quote broken into milestones, so you know the full cost before any work begins.
How long does a typical build take?
Most websites launch in 2–5 weeks. Mobile apps and platforms usually run 6–16 weeks depending on features. Your proposal includes a milestone timeline, and weekly preview links keep progress visible.
Do you work with clients outside the US?
Yes. Kappway LLC operates in the United States, Sri Lanka, Canada, Australia, and Italy. We work asynchronously across these time zones and schedule calls at hours that suit you.
Who owns the code and designs?
You do. All source code, design files, domains, and third-party accounts are registered in your name from day one and handed over in full at launch.
Can you take over an existing project?
Yes — we regularly rescue and modernize projects started elsewhere. We begin with a code and infrastructure audit, report honestly on what we find, and propose the least disruptive path forward.
What happens after launch?
Every fixed-scope project includes a 30-day warranty. Beyond that, Care & Maintenance plans cover monitoring, security updates, backups, and monthly improvement hours — or your in-house team can take over, since you own everything.
How do we get started?
Send a message through the form below or email admin@kappway.com. We reply within 24–48 hours, then schedule a free consultation. No commitment until you approve a written proposal.
What if I only have an idea, not a spec?
That's the most common starting point. The Discover step exists to turn an idea into a concrete scope — we'll help you define the smallest version worth building first.
